Exchange Profiler Service (EPS)

Automatically profile email messages by including the matter code in the subject line

The Exchange Profiler Service (EPS) allows firms to automatically profile email messages to PerfectLaw’s AIM Document Management System. Users throughout the firm can then view email messages without requiring the recipient to profile them manually.

The EPS program reads the subject line and saves and profiles each received message into the specified client/matter. The subject line is used as the document name for the profile.
